Since I'm at home at my Mac know, I don't know the exact Windows version I'm working with in office, but I think it's 4.2.1, too...

Well, so I don't think it's a Pepper bug.
I guess that characters of Chinese fonts are mapped to encodings that simply aren't available in "usual" fonts.
Maybe turning on "Show Invisibles" will at least show *something*, but this is just a wild guess.

Well, I think that's just the way Pepper handles the Accelerator.
Not quite a bug but a rather a inconvenience...
